Hassan reflects on the choices that led to the destruction of his family, questioning whether he truly regrets what he has done.
Born to a white Yorkshire mother and a Pakistani father, Hassan’s upbringing was shaped by the loss of his mother and the neglect of his father. As he grew older, he struggled with deep-seated anger and paranoia, which increasingly influenced the way he viewed the people closest to him.
Rose, the woman he loved, became his entire world, alongside their son, Billy. But when Hassan discovers that Rose has been unfaithful with two men, his fragile sense of trust collapses. Consumed by anger, betrayal and paranoia, he begins to question everything he once believed about their relationship.
As Hassan revisits his memories, one question remains: was the love ever real?
And ultimately, does he regret what he did?
